ART is an Arizona limited liability company and the Services are provided by ART and its services providers and are based in the United States. ART may collect information you voluntarily share with us in registering to receive Services, purchasing AnzuMedical content or otherwise using the Website or AnzuMedical.
To fully utilize the AnzuMedical and Services you must register with ART. If you are a member of a professional society, whose content is available on the AnzuMedical, ART will also collect your professional membership credentials so that we may provide you access to the applicable content. We will store those credentials as part of your registration information. If your membership status changes, we will receive notification of such change from the professional society and may change your access to AnzuMedical content accordingly.
We do not collect credit card information for your purchases via the Website or the AnzuMedical. ART contracts with a third party service provider, currently PayPal, to collect and process your credit card information.
We will track your purchases via the Website and AnzuMedical to provide you with a purchase history and otherwise provide you information about your purchases.
We will also use this information to communicate with you about the AnzuMedical and our Website and Services. ART logs IP addresses. IP addresses may be linked to your personal information. We use IP addresses for systems administration purposes and to track the access to AnzuMedical content to determine the number of visits to AnzuMedical content.
